We're Alicia & Meredith

Two seasoned doulas and the educators behind Intentional Birth. This community was born out of our friendship that has always been rooted in a deep trust of each other, willingness to challenge each other, radical support of each other, and a shared hunger for learning. It's a rich relationship and we are inviting you in!

Our combined experience spans two decades and hundreds of families whom we have supported in our Physiology First model. We are deeply invested in reducing trauma around birth and in honoring the rite of passage that leads to whole, powerful mothers and fathers.
